City gas is being used in an increasing variety

Liquefied natural gas (LNG), which is the main raw materials of city gas, is a clean energy source containing almost no impurities. When natural gas is liquefied to produce LNG, impurities such as sulfur are removed, and the LNG is then transported to Japan by LNG tanker.
””One of the advantages of natural gas is that it emits a small amount of carbon dioxide (CO
2) compared to other fossil fuels when combusted. Natural gas also emits low levels of nitrogen oxides (NOx) and no sulfur oxides (SOx).
Natural gas is an environmentally friendly energy source.

Emissions of fossil fuel combustion (coal = 100)
*As natural gas emits less carbon dioxide (CO2) than coal and petroleum when combusted,
it contributes to combating global warming. It also produces lower emissions of nitrogen
oxides (NOx) and no sulfur oxides (SOx) or dust.
