Life cycle assessment of city gas

When evaluating the environmental value of energy, it is important to consider the life cycle from resource production to consumption and disposal.
The greenhouse gas emissions over the life cycle of city gas, calculated based on various references such as the IPCC Fifth Assessment Report, are shown in the table below.
From the perspective of life cycle, city gas can be said to be very environmentally friendly energy.
